Paediatric day case
£32,892 - £37,254 per annum

We are wanting to hear from experienced Paediatric Nurses now wanting to progress their career within a dedicated paediatric day case unit. This post is a full time, permanent position based in a private Central London hospital dedicated to providing quality healthcare for Women and Children.
Specialties across this day case unit include:
Surgical, gastroenterology, ENT and general paediatrics amongst others.
This is a unique opportunity for an RSCN-trained nurse ideally with acute paediatric and day case experience to join a fast-paced service for children and families attending clinics at the Hospital. You assist with minor procedures as well as providing advice and information to parents, both in person and over the phone, and regularly administering nebulizers and breath tests.
You will work regularly with other Nurses, Consultants and Healthcare Assistants. You will also be expected to carry out a range of key administrative tasks, including pathology ordering and appointment booking.
Skills & Experience
· Experience as a children's Nurse
· NMC Registered with valid part 8/part 15
· Registered as a children's nurse
· Understanding of Child Protection and Safeguarding issues
· Excellent written and verbal communication
· Ability to lead and use one's own initiative
· Ability to work within a team and independently
This position comes with a rewarding salary of up to £37,254 per annum depending on experience + benefits.
