This is an exciting time to join Dacorum Community Adult Health Services, having just redesigned our service to meet the needs of the local population. Working alongside other professionals in the community there is a great support network which involves regular interaction and team meetings that allows us to grow and develop together and provide excellent patient care.
We are seeking a enthusiastic and motivated Band 5 nurses to join our busy community nursing team covering the Dacorum locality. The post will be based at Apsley one Hemel Hempstead.

In addition to the basic salary, this posts attracts a High Cost Area Supplement of 5% of basic salary subject to a minimum payment of £1,000 and a maximum payment of £1,733
