We are one of the largest specialist mental health and learning disabilities trusts in the country, with an annual income of £320m and a workforce of some 6,700 staff operating from around 100 sites in Durham, Teesside, North Yorkshire and York and Selby. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Advanced Nurse Practitioner and Non Medical Prescriber to work across two busy but highly motivated Community Learning Disability clinical teams in North Yorkshire.
We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about delivery of high quality service for people with a learning disability, their families and carer's, you need to be creative, innovative and passionate about patient care.
The post holder will work alongside an established and experienced teams to provide day to day clinical leadership as well as lead on developing and implementing service improvements alongside the teams leadership group.
In addition the post holder will carry out appropriate clinical interventions and activities, including assessments and reviews and support the delivery of an appropriate diagnosis in conjunction with the wider clinical team.
We are looking for a highly motivated Practitioner, confident in delivering clinical leadership in a team and with a passion for patient care and improving the way services are delivered.
