(AWP) provides inpatient and community-based mental health care for people living in Bath and North East Somerset (B&NES), Bristol, North Somerset, South Gloucestershire, Swindon and Wiltshire. We also provide specialist services extending throughout the south west.

We are looking for innovative, motivated and enthusiastic Registered Mental Health Nurses whom have the passion, commitment and therapeutic skills to deliver compassionate and high quality care to individuals who are experiencing a crisis in their mental and emotional health and wellbeing.
We are looking for experienced and /or newly qualified RMN's who wish to work with adults aged 18 and above in an inpatient setting. Beechlydene is a 21 bedded acute psychiatric unit that cares for individuals with severe and enduring mental health needs. We aim to provide specialised care through assessment and treatment to aid an individuals recovery from complex mental health conditions.
RMN's on Beechlydene work as an integral part of a multidisciplinary team of health care professionals to ensure that the clinical, environmental and social needs of our service users are met. We put huge emphasis on working collaboratively with individuals to empower them in their recovery and enable them to move through the care pathway.
We offer a comprehensive Preceptorship package for newly qualified RMN's and can provide opportunities for new and experienced staff to develop in areas of interest in order to progress in their career. All RMN's on Beechlydene are actively encouraged to undertake the accredited post registration Mentorship course and will play a vital part in service and clinical quality development for the ward. There is also encouragement to engage in leadership roles which can contribute to continuing professional development and evidence based service provision. Support and supervision for all staff is a fundamental part of the culture of the ward and individuals are actively encouraged to seek out learning opportunities throughout the Fountain Way site.
We are one of 4 psychiatric specific wards on the modern and well established site of Fountain Way; located centrally in the thriving Cathedral city of Salisbury. Salisbury has excellent road, rail, bus and park and ride facilities.
