(AWP) provides inpatient and community-based mental health care for people living in Bath and North East Somerset (B&NES), Bristol, North Somerset, South Gloucestershire, Swindon and Wiltshire. We also provide specialist services extending throughout the south west.

Come and join the North Somerset Recovery Team, based in Weston-super-Mare. Our team is based just 5 mins from Jct 21 of the M5.We are a friendly supportive team who are passionate about improving the lives of service users with complex mental health needs.
In this integrated health and social care team we focus on the delivery of recovery based interventions, and self-management. We are a forward thinking service and in this role you will have the opportunity to work alongside our Non-medical prescribers to develop physical healthcare clinics for our service users.
As a Band 4 Recovery co-ordinator in the team you will also be responsible for a caseload of service users with a range of complex mental health needs, working within the CPA framework to deliver a range of health and social care interventions. You will be required to visit service users in their own homes and at our community bases in North Somerset.
