We provide a large number of mental and physical health services. Poor physical and mental health are linked and our ambition is for people to have their physical and mental health problems identified, assessed and treated at the same time.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to substantively recruit highly motivated Registered General Nurses to join the multidisciplinary team on Magnolia Ward based at Clayponds Hospital.
We welcome applications from both newly qualified and experienced adult trained RGNs that have up to date knowledge and experience within an acute setting.
We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our busy rehabilitation ward. Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to embrace the trust's values to deliver high-quality patient care are essential. Previous experience in rehabilitation nursing would be advantageous.
Homeward Ealing is an integrated health and social care service which launched on 01 October 2015 when seventy-five staff transferred into West London NHS Trust from Ealing community services. The service helps people to receive treatment safely at home during a period of acute illness or to receive a short period of additional intensive support after hospital admission.
West London NHS Trust is the lead provider for this service, in partnership with Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust, Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, London Central and West Unscheduled Care Collaborative and the London Borough of Ealing. The service sits within the Liaison and Long Term Conditions service line, within WLMHT's Local Services.
Magnolia Ward is a 20-bedded step-up ward for patients who require additional support for a short period of around one week
