An exciting opportunity has arisen in Stockton Camhs for a registered mental health nurse to join a busy Child and Adolescent Mental Health Team, providing evidence based care and treatment within a recovery framework for young people with mental health difficulties.
You will need to be enthusiastic and highly motivated with experience in assessments and delivery of care for patients in a community setting.
You will have access to high quality supervision within the team and work closely with other professionals in the multi-disciplinary team to provide care coordination responsibilities for a defined caseload.
The post requires good IT skills and the ability to work flexibly and autonomously as well as contributing to the MDT.
A strong understanding and commitment to the team is vital.
The post holder is required to travel independently and a lease car scheme is in operation.
