Work as Registered Nurse within a specialist nursing service for adults with complex care needs in Sheffield, South Yorkshire. The service provides care for adults with physical disabilities, Huntington's disease, neurological conditions, spinal injuries and tracheostomy care.
There is a vacancy for a Registered Nurse to work on one of the 10 bedded specialist nursing units.
Your responsibilities as Registered Nurse will include;
Assessing care needs
Delivering hands-on nursing care
Developing, implementing and evaluating care programmes
Communicating with service users, relatives, visitors and other professionals
Supervising team members to ensure that the shift runs smoothly and efficiently
Participating in the training of care assistants and others
Acting as a named nurse
Administering, reviewing and monitoring medication
Positive promoting the reputation of the home
Complying with all legal and regulatory policies and procedures
Promoting choice, independence, dignity and respect
Adhering to the NMC Code and updating your professional knowledge
We are looking to recruit a passionate, dedicated and motivated Registered Nurse, RGN, RNLD or RMN Qualified, to join the team. You will share the vision of enhancing the lives of service users.
