The new Service is divided into three 10 bed units and you will be joining a great multidisciplinary team, allowing you to focus on delivering hands-on person-centred care to service users, giving them the ability to make their own choices and assist them in living as independently as possible.

This will include administering, reviewing and monitoring medication.
You will be a Registered Nurse, RNLD or RMN Qualified, with a current PIN who is passionate about delivering quality care to a specialised group of services users. You will be well organised and able to work on your own initiative. Ideally you'll be up to date with current evidence based practice and have a working knowledge of CQC Standards and Regulations.

A comprehensive five day induction, designed to give you all the information that you'll need before you start working in the home.
