Complex Health at Wythenshawe Hospital would like you to join our team.
Your skills would complement our existing nursing teams and we would like to help you to integrate and develop on your nursing skills. There are a number of opportunities across our elderly medical and stroke wards to use your skills to support our patient group. We have developed a bespoke preceptorship programme for our LD nurses and will have an individualised supernumerary period to augment your transition.
Complex Health has four 16 bedded wards and a 28 bedded ward that care for the older person with complex health and social care needs as well as a 22 bedded stroke unit.
We are looking for nurses who are adaptable to new roles, responsive to change and always looking to improve and develop innovative practice.
A structured induction and training program ensure that our nurses receive the following:-
-Band 5 induction - Corporate and Clinical induction - Preceptorship and clinical skills program for Nurses led by Practice Based Educators-Administration of IV drugs.
There will also be the opportunity to attend the LEAD courses provided by the trust.
