Salary: £34,000 per annum (£17.00 per hour)
An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a passionate and experienced Deputy Manager ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) to join a leading healthcare provider in one of their lovely nursing homes on the outskirts of Bristol. The service is ideally situated in between- Bishopsworth and Keynsham and is close to public transport links, local shops and amenities. This bright and fresh nursing home provides residents with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The home boasts a range of excellent facilities including a variety of activities, warm and cosy lounge areas and a beautiful garden for residents to relax and unwind. Staff morale at the home is high.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Deputy Manager (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to join a forward-thinking and reputable healthcare provider in one of their excellent nursing homes on the outskirts of Bristol. The home provides person centred care to elderly residents including palliative, respite and convalescent care. This specialised service also cares for residents with a range of conditions including Cerebral Palsy, Epilepsy, Head and Brain Injury and Huntington's Disease. The Home Manager is looking for a passionate and caring Deputy Manager (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to work closely alongside them ensuring the smooth running of the home at all times.
Person Specification: Our client is looking for a Registered Nurse of any specialism ( RGN, RMN or RNLD all considered). All candidates must have a valid NMC Pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK. Nurses must have good communication skills, a hard-working nature, and the willingness to get stuck in. Previous management experience is essential for this position.
