SYK Recruitment Specialists are currently working with a highly prestigious healthcare charity, to recruit an experienced Endoscopy Clinical Lead to join their developing and growing Endoscopy facility. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with leading consultants in a state of the art, fully compliant hospital in Brentwood.
Contract, Salary and Employment Package details for this Endoscopy Clinical Lead post:
• An attractive annual salary of £30,000 to £35,000 dependant on experience
• 37.5 hours per week

As Endoscopy Clinical Lead you will manage and lead the delivery of high quality clinical patient care throughout the Endoscopy service. You will be responsible for representing the department at internal and external meetings along with ensuring the service is kept compliant.
Candidates for this Endoscopy Clinical Lead post should be:
• A level 1 Adult Nurse/RGN with NMC registration
• At least 5 years post registration experience with at least 1 year in a Senior Clinical/Team Leader role
• Demonstrate proven experience leading an Endoscopy service
• Experience working in a JAG accredited environment is preferred but not essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
