Duties and responsibilities
The Hospital covers a wide variety of surgical procedures and you will be required to provide exemplary planned care for patients requiring perioperative intervention while managing a team.
You will be required to ensure the team delivers effective patient care by providing appropriate clinical and managerial leadership, maximising effective theatre utilisation.
Who we are looking for
You hold a Registered Nurse or ODP qualification. You will have experience of analysing staff and theatre management problems and creating viable solutions. You will be working as a perioperative practitioner in and across multi-disciplinary teams. You will be competent across a range of either surgical, anaesthetic or post-anaesthesia, management and leadership skills supported by professional and clinical knowledge.
