It is an exciting time to be joining the Surgical Specialties Department as the Senior Clinical Nurse Specialist in Head & Neck. We are currently reviewing our pathway and pre-assessment service for head & neck patients.
This is an essential role in our senior nursing leadership team. The position would suit an experienced band 7 Nurse who is looking to further their skills and experience.
We are looking for an exceptional individual, who has significant and relevant clinical experience. The successful candidate will work closely with the divisional teams to deliver high quality patient care and enhance our existing services, as we deliver the strategic and operational plans for the division. You will work closely with all members of the multi-disciplinary team.
As the Senior Clinical Nurse Specialist you will have an opportunity to lead on aspects of change and service redesign whilst supporting the delivery of high quality, responsive, safe and effective care that improves patient outcomes and patient experience. Proven skills and a working knowledge of leading, and an ability to demonstrate excellent communications skills are required.
