Rainbow Ward is a lively forward thinking unit providing services to a diverse and multi-cultural area of East London. Our 25 acute beds cares for children aged between 0-16 years old with a variety of medical, surgical, orthopaedic conditions and 2 Stabilisation unit beds.
The ward also has a busy ambulatory care unit which provides an assessment area, day care and two oncology beds.
As Rainbow Centre is part of the wider children’s services delivered by Barts Health across East London this offers staff, of all grades, the opportunity to develop both personally and professionally.
You will be supported by the senior nursing team and professional development team. We can offer a robust Band 6 development programme encompassing all our sites . We work closely with our Higher Education partners and support nurses reach their full potential.
