Founded in 2015 by NHS dementia specialist Jamie Wilson, HomeTouch’s mission is to help people with dementia live for longer and with purpose in their own home by providing exceptional home care across the UK.

About the Role:
We are looking for an exceptional RGN, ideally with dementia expertise to join the team.
Be the clinical face to our clients - serving hundreds of families across the UK
Communicate promptly and clearly with our clients and their families on a day to day basis via phone, email and our technology platform
Work with the Registered Manager and Head of Clinical Governance on achieving an outstanding CQC rating
Conduct home visits and perform care assessment for new and existing clients
You’ll be confident performing risk assessments and being an advocate for patient safety
Liaise with our clinical partners across the NHS, Local authorities, charity and private sectors
Work closely with our product team to enhance the product to our clients and carers
A registered general nurse with at least 3-5 years of clinical experience; Grade 3-7
You’ll have up to date registration with the NMC and a proactive approach to CPD
Experience in NHS CHC is an advantage
You’ll be enthusiastic, collaborative and have an empathic bedside manner
You are detail oriented and organised, and are able to manage your own diary efficiently but be accountable to your team members
You’ll have a track record in developing / improving existing processes, in particular quality improvement and clinical audit
Ideally, you will have received specialised training in old age care or dementia either as an Admiral nurse or memory service nurse
