Care UK has a unique opportunity for an RMN with leadership experience to step into a management role managing a small team and helping to develop the service.
You’ll actively seek to utilise the wellbeing model to put patient care and safety at the heart of everything we do through assessing patients across 5 domains of; physical and mental wellbeing, substance misuse, relationships and resettlement.
HMP Lindholme is a Category C/D men's prison located near Hatfield Woodhouse in the Metropolitan Borough of Doncaster
About the Role:
As a member of the wider management team the Mental Health Clinical Lead will be responsible for providing the day to day clinical and operational management of the integrated mental health team, contributing to the strategic direction of the service. There will be an expectation for the post holder to lead/contribute to clinical and consumer audits. Therefore implementing any resulting recommendations and develop evidence based approaches; encouraging reflective practice and a commitment to the clinical governance agenda. The post holder is directly responsible to the Service Managers, to ensure the management of the service meets its contractual obligations. This includes ensuring all operational and clinical data requirements on the Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) are submitted within agreed deadlines and that KPI data is utilised to manage the performance of the team and individual staff, taking proactive action in the case of clinical or financial underperformance.

The salary range is up to £39,000 per annum - dependent on experience.

This is a full time, permanent role working 37.5 hours a week. There may be some on-call responsibility with this role.
