You will treat NHS & Private Patients and I am looking for a passionate Practitioner who will provide the best possible, personalised care to the people of Cheshire.
The Key details are:
Location: Cheshire - within easy access via Train, Bus and car with car park
Salary: £40,000 - £43,000 per annum / £20.51 - £22.05 - per hour based on 20 hours per week. (Negotiable DOE)
Bonus: Annual bonus provided.
Hours: Full Time -37.5 hours
Contract Type: Permanent

Further Details about the role: I am looking to recruit Registered Nurse to work within a medium or small category hospital, the role is to clinically support the department to promote and ensure excellent patient care, taking responsibility to lead the department under the direction of the Director of Clinical Services. Responsible for the deployment, supervision and teaching of staff within the clinical area supporting the hospital management team in providing clinical leadership. Act as an advocate for safeguarding patients; demonstrate courage to speak up when there are concerns about care. Ensure that the highest standards of clinical quality management are maintained to promote and safeguard the well-being and interests of patients, employees and visitors. Ensure compliance with all Infection Prevention and Control policies and procedures understanding your role in the prevention of infection in patients and staff. Director of Clinical Services, ensuring safe provision of staffing that meets activity by workforce planning, monthly rostering and daily review. Communicate appropriately with others involved in the care of the patient. To provide guidance, instruction, direction and leadership to the department.
Person Specification: I am looking for the successful applicant for this clinical lead opportunity to have experience working in an acute hospital setting in a Senior Registered Nurse post or equivalent. Experience of customer care, including interacting with challenging customers and situations. Previous experience within a Clinical Managerial role. Evidence of relevant professional development, both clinically, managerially, preferably evidenced by certification RN with valid NMC Registration. Experienced in acute nursing care. Registered Nurse Level 1 / Diploma / BSc in Nursing Studies. Awareness of NMC Code of Accountability. Knowledge of HR management and strong Man Management Skills. Able to communicate clearly with a range of people at differing levels across the hospital, deploying a range of techniques to do this effectively. Ability to lead a nursing team, showing previous experience in leading a clinical team. Ability to motivate a team of clinical professionals.
