We are very unique in the type of work we do. With over 20 years experience we are all about keeping people in their own homes. As some of our client's needs are high in clinical needs we like to employ nurses on the team that supervise our live in carers.
The job is really varied and involves: scheduling, visiting clients on assessment to update their care plans. It will also include troubleshooting relationship issues that pop up between clients and live in carers, helping our clients increase their funding by having accurate care plans and documents that evidence their needs, supervising live in carers and training carers from basic care to more complex procedures.
We cover a wide area which is mostly London and the surrounding counties but also have clients scattered around 3-4 hours away from Welwyn Garden City, North, South, East and West.
We are a fun team to work with and you would need to be based in Welwyn Garden City for a minimum of a year to get to know all the aspects of the job.
Starting salary with no experience £25k once completed our training and registered with the CQC £40k.
Be Qualified in Nursing. Level 6 nurse or level 5 nurse wanting to progress.
Able to work in Welwyn Garden City full time.
GCSE English & Maths or high level of literacy in English for complex report writing.
Driver of a manual gearbox.
Passionate about supporting our clients to stay at home.
Open minded, can do attitude to want to learn all aspects of care management from care plans, recruitment, to applying to local authorities for additional financing.
