Deputy Manager (Part Supernumerary) - RGN/RMN or RNLD
Location: Frodsham, Cheshire
Salary: £17 per hour (£36,244 per annum) + Excellent Benefits
Hours: Full Time - Days - 42 hours
Time Recruitment are assisting a small independent nursing home for company who specialise in residential and general nursing care We are searching for a Deputy Manager to become an integral part of the senior management team within the facility.
The service is very highly regarded and has an excellent CSSIW report and brilliant reputation in the private healthcare sector for its impeccable standards; long standing home management and high levels of clinical excellence; they have several homes in the local area with the same excellent reputation.
The service as a whole has 36 beds; with a 30 bedded general nursing unit and a 30 bedded general residential unit; specifically designed to be small units so individualised and personalised care can be offered; the remainder of the home offers residential nursing care.
Your role as Deputy Manager will require you to lead a nursing team; motivating, training and supervising clinical activity and installing high clinical standards within the home; working closely with the home manager which you will step up into the they are away, your role will include:
