Job Title: Peripatetic Clinical Care Manager (RGN or RMN )
Location: National Role (Cornwall to Durham) - Paid Travel and Accommodation while traveling.
Salary: Circa £55,000 Per Annum
Hours: 9-5, with managerial responsibilities.

This position is a national role - working at any one of the 170+ Facilities in the portfolio, your role will be varied and challenging! Providing clinical and managerial support in stable, functioning facilities without a manager in place, it will be your role to overlook the CQC performance while we are recruiting for a permanent manager.
With all hotel stays and traveling paid for, you will be able to use your experiences and clinical expertise to help keep good performing facilities in their place - the role is not firefighting under-performing homes, and you will have autonomy and freedom within the role. One aspect of this position we are keen to stress is that, with this huge potential, you will not be overworked or stretched too thin - it will always be a discussion and conversation about your work load and opportunities going forward.

We are looking for a Strong CQC performing background, while the role is 9-5 hours, you will be expected to be a senior member of staff when needed and to provide support to junior members of staff. You will need to have clinical skills, a valid NMC pin and proven leadership capabilities.
