Deputy Nursing Manager (RGN/RMN) -Surrey
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
Hours : Full Time Hours (Monday - Friday, plus overtime)
We are currently looking for an experienced, Deputy Nursing Manager to support in the management of a stunning Nursing Home based near Leatherhead. This home is situated close by Leatherhead in Surrey, within easy reach of all local transport links and shops.
The Nursing home prides itself in providing outstanding care to older adults with learning disabilities, mental health conditions, and physical disabilities. Rooms are bright and spacious within this purpose-built home, which boasts a wide range of excellent facilities.
This is a fantastic opportunity, to join a leading healthcare provider in one of their highly reputable nursing homes in Surrey - staff morale is exceptionally high at this home to compliment the services and facilities on offer.
Th Deputy Nursing Manager will be providing leadership and support to the Nursing and Care staff and support the development and delivery of consistently high quality clinical and care services.
What are we looking for?
* A registered nurse with a valid and current NMC pin with no on going restrictions or investigations - RGN/RMN would be preferred
* An experienced deputy manager with a proven ability to support a Home Manager to lead a home to success
* A sound understanding and knowledge of CQC
* A proven track record of providing outstanding care within the Nursing Home environment
* Strong clinical background
All applicants should be eligible to live and work in the UK without any restrictions. Previous management experience within a similar environment is essential for this position.
