Community Nurse – Band 6 – Manchester
Pulse Community Healthcare are currently recruiting for a knowledgeable Community Nurse to work with our complex care packages in the North West Region.
Reporting to the Registered Manager, the successful Community Nurse will be responsible for the management of their own clinical case load of clients within the community, ensuring high quality and safe clinical practice are adhered to at all times

Responsibilities of the Community Nurse role:
-Producing and implementing care plans with clinical responsibility across all given packages
- Policy writing (within scope of practice)
-Auditing of clinical documentation
-Reviewing and monitoring the clinical aspects of care packages
-Competency assessments of care workers
-Training within your scope of practice
-Liaising with other healthcare professionals when necessary.
-Maintaining relationships with other professionals.
-Maintain own skills and competencies and current NMC registration
