£16.00 - £17.00 per hour (Equivalent to £36,608 per annum) + Benefits

Time Recruitment are assisting with a Clinical Lead role for a large national care home provider with and outstanding reputation in the healthcare sector.
We are leading their search for a Clinical Lead to join a service located in Old Whittington, Chesterfield area.
The home specialises in the provision of residential, general nursing care and dementia nursing care; in total the home has 48 beds in total split between 2 floors; 24 beds on each; as the Clinical Lead you will simply oversee the clinical side of the facility.
Two permanent staff nurses will be on shift with you and the home has a long standing clinical team and a nurse home manager; your role will be pivotal as part of the senior management team and your function will be to co-ordinate staff nurses, supervising and mentoring alongside assisting with development of others and ensuring clinical excellence.
As a Clinical Lead you will be supported with accredited training and development plans and ongoing reviews, supervisions and 1-2-1 guidance you will receive strong managerial support alongside support from a well versed and long standing staff nurse team assisted by a wealth of well-trained senior care staff, clinical auditors and clinical trainers.
