Position: Nursing Home Manager (RGN/RMN)
Location: St.Helens, Merseyside
Salary: £65,000 + Bonus Scheme

Job Description:
An experienced Nursing Home Manager (RGN/RMN) is required to oversee a modern, purpose built care home in the Merseyside area. The Nursing Home provides specialist nursing care to elderly residents and people living with dementia. This is an award winning company who are dedicated in providing a luxurious and comfortable Home from home' environment. The successful Nursing Home Manager will have the opportunity to join and established, stable and ethical care provider.
This organisation have an exceptional reputation within the care sector. They strike the balance between providing their Nursing Home Manager's with the perfect amount of support whilst still allowing their Home Manager's to have autonomy with their role. You will be supported by; Regional manager's; Business Support Manager's; HR and an Admin Team.

The ideal Nursing Home Manager will have worked in a Registered Manager / Nursing Home Manager role previously, with a proven track record with CQC - this is essential.

The Nursing Home Manager will be have the responsibility of developing the home and will move the home forward whilst implementing positive change within the home.

Role and Requirements of the Nursing Home Manager (RGN/RMN):

• Day to day management of the care home.
• To oversee the care home development and compliance.
• To promote and maintain a high standard of nursing care.
• To ensure effective induction of all staff, together with clinical supervision of trained staff, mentorship and assessment of student nurses and induction of new care staff.
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Skills/ Qualifications of the Nursing Home Manager (RGN/RMN):

• Nurse qualification, active PIN - RGN or RMN.
• A clear and thorough knowledge of the CQC standards.
• Previous experience at Home Management level and proven track record with CQC.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Hands on and motivational in you approach to management.

In return the Nursing Home Manager will be rewarded with a generous salary of £60,000 plus performance related bonus.
