Registered Nurse/ Care Manager - RGN - Community Complex Care - Wrexham, North Wales - Up to £34,000 per annum

Working hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm

Location: Home based with extensive travel in designated North Wales region

We are currently looking for a Registered Nurse/ Care Manager (RGN) who will provide visionary leadership to my clients allocated field-based team. You will own and deliver company objectives and KPIS within budgetary requirements whilst maintaining a quality service within the region to ensure CQC standards are met. In conjunction with the commercial team, you will effectively support the business development function and company growth

My client is a quality nationwide care service who are passionate about supporting adults, children and younger people with a wide range of complex health conditions. They offer person-centred care in the home, either through live in or live out care packages.

As a Registered Nurse/ Care Manager (RGN) you will:

• Maintain high standards of service delivery, in accordance with CQC, NMC and other professional standards
• Ensure a high-level customer/client satisfaction through excellent communication, trouble-shooting difficulties, proactively managing expectations and creating solutions for clients
• Ensure that clients, families and carers remain central to our service
• Provide clinical advice and guidance for clients, families, and care assistants
• Ensure the accuracy of all clinical records and data completed within our care package
• Provide expertise on all clinical issues and development of the company

Requirements of this Registered Nurse/ Care Manager (RGN) role include:

• Adult nursing qualification
• Independent, self-motivated and able to work with minimal direct supervision
• Ability to travel extensively predominantly within own geographical area but also across UK in order to meet business needs
• Car owner with full UK driving licence
• Confident and articulate communicator with ability to build strong relationships with all relevant bodies
• Prior experience within a client led and people focused industry
• Computer literate with Microsoft Office suite of applications
• Excellent team work along with verbal & written communication skills, results driven
• Previous experience working within a health and social care setting
• NMC PIN and the legal right to work in the UK
