We are currently looking for an experienced Clinical Lead to join a market-leading Care Home based in the Edgeware area of North London. This 77-bedded elderly Nursing Home is a flagship service operated by an award-winning provider of Care Homes, with over 80 services nationally.

The role of Clinical Lead will involve directing the overall operation of Nursing care in accordance with CQC regulations, leading a collaborative Nursing and Care Staff team to deliver an excellent care service. You will demonstrate strong people management skills including induction, training, supervisions and performance management.

Criteria for this Clinical Lead job position:

• Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN
• At least 2 years experience within the Care Home setting
• Previous experience working as a Senior Nurse, Unit Manager or Clinical Lead in a Care Home environment is desirable but not essential
• Evidence of supervisory leadership and management experience
• A passion for working within the highly rewarding elderly care sector
