Job Title: Deputy Manager (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) - Nursing Home

Location: Fareham, Hampshire

Hours: 40 hours per week

Pay: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum (depending on experience)

This bright and modern nursing home provides care to the elderly and residents with dementia. The service also offers respite care and care to adults with a range of physical disabilities. The home prides itself in the person-centred care that they provide to the residents and the manager is looking for a passionate a like-minded individual to the join the team. The manager is looking for a skilled Deputy Manager (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to work closely alongside them ensuring the smooth running of the service at all times.

Person Specification:

Our client is looking for a Registered Nurse of any specialism (RGN, RMN or RNLD all considered). All candidates must have a valid NMC Pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK. You must have excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills. Previous managerial experience is essential for this position.
