Are you an experienced Home Manager in the Redcar / Cleveland & Teeside area looking for an exciting new opportunity? If so, I have the perfect role for you.

I am working with a well respected care provider who offer nursing care to older people / Dementia. The service is medium in size and provides Dementia Care to Older People over two floors one floor being residential and the other being nursing. Would suit RGN qualified nurse manager or non-nurse with experience at home manager level for older people / dementia.
As the Registered Manager you will ensure that compliance is maintained whilst marketing the home effectively. You will drive the business forward within the financial targets and uphold the company vision and strategy as well as effectively communicating with the operational team. You will mentor and develop existing staff to ensure a happy working team environment and culture.

To be considered for this exciting position you will have come from a registered manager's position and been in this role for the past 2 years with a care home provider, as well as a nursing qualification or experience at management level within a care home. Using your extensive knowledge of cost setting, quality monitoring and working to financial targets you will be pivotal in implementing and driving forward the company's future plans.
