On behalf of a wonderful private care provider I am seeking an exceptional Nursing Home Manager to join the team at their stable service in the Cheshire area. My client pride themselves on providing a home from home environment and expert nursing care to the elderly and people living with Dementia. I am seeking an inspirational and caring Nursing Home Manager who is highly experience, competent and nurse qualified to join this excellent company.

The successful Nursing Home Manager will benefit from a thorough training and induction programme. You will also be supported by professional and experienced quality team, to ensure that you hit the ground running.

The Perfect Nursing Home Manager:
You will be a highly experienced Home Manager who is passionate about providing the best care possible to all your clients with a hands on approach to management. You will also have fantastic commercial awareness and expert business acumen with experience of managing budgets and finances. The sucessful Nursing Home Manager will be nurse qualified - RGN/RMN.

The Role and Requirements of the Nursing Home Manager:

• Active Nurse PIN (RMN or RGN).
• Home Manager Experience (2 year's +).
• NVQ Level 5 Leadership and Management (or working towards).
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of CQC requirements
• Previous experience of being Registered with CQC.
• An excellent record with CQC Good' rated reports.
