The Deputy Nurse Manager Role is based in a medium service the service offers Residential and Nursing care for the elderly; the home is easily accessible from surrounding areas and close to local transport links.

My client is looking for an experienced, innovative and dynamic Deputy Nurse Manager with a proven track record in leadership and management; you will be a key budget holder and a senior member of the management team.

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Independent Healthcare Experience
• Ideally RGN/RMN/RNLD
• People Management Skills
• Assertive
• Strong Time Mgmt & Communication Skills
• Up-to-date knowledge of all relevant legislation and standards of practice
