Clinical Nurse Manager 1 & Clinical Nurse Manager 2

Our client, a leading Intellectual Disabilities Service, require a number of Clinical Nurse Managers for one of their Dublin Based Centres. Nurses at CNM1 and CNM2 level will be considered and those with relevant experience but not currently at CNM level are also welcome to apply.

This is a permanent full time position working 39 hours per week.

To be eligible for the CNM2 roles you must have;

• RNID or RGN qualified nurses with strong Intellectual Disabilities experience
• 3 years plus supervisory/management experience required
• A relevant management qualification is also required
• Experience with challenging behaviour or dementia would be a distinct advantage
• Have a detailed knowledge of current HIQA standards
• Be highly motivated and driven
• Hold a full clean drivers licence

• RNID qualification with at least 3 years post qualification experience
• 2 years management or supervisory experience
• Management course is desirable but not essential
• Experience with challenging behaviour or dementia care would be a distinct advantage
• Have a detailed knowledge of current HIQA standards
• Be highly motivated and driven
• Hold a full clean drivers licence
