Practice Nurse Vacancy

Part Time - 24 hours

We have a friendly GP surgery in Milton Keynes who is looking for a Practice Nurse to lend a helping hand, and work 2-3 days across the week.

Ideally they'd need a Nurse to work Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, they can be flexible on start/finish times (open 8am-6:30pm), you'd be totally around 24 hours a week, with Mondays and Fridays off! You'll need to be confident in running clinics for; Cytology, Baby Imms, Travel Imms, Vaccinations and Dressings. Some experience with Diabetes, or Respiratory Disease would be very beneficial to an application. You will be working as the only Practice Nurse on site on Tuesday and Thursday, so you'll need to be confident working autonomously.

They are offering £18 per hour, 5 weeks of annual leave + bank holidays off, NHS pension and flexi hours!

The surgery is on the smaller side, with 4000 on the patient list, the majority of those being young families and below 45s. They have staff parking on site and local amenities near by. You'll be working alongside another Practice Nurse and a team of GPs. It's an excellent surgery with high retention rates and very happy staff and patients!
