Peripatetic Manager - "Good" and "Outstanding" Nursing Homes - Greater London and South of England - £65,000 per annum + bonus

I am currently seeking an experienced Nursing Home Manager (RGN or RMN preferred) to oversee a portfolio of homes in the London and South of England areas. You will be required to travel and perhaps do overnight stays when needed.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Nursing Home Manager or Peripatetic/Regional Support Manager who has the ability to bring a home up to a "Good" or even "Outstanding" CQC rating.

Responsibilities of this Peripatetic Manager role include:

• Ensuring the various homes will maintain or exceed their "Good" CQC ratings upon inspection
• Assisting home managers or filling in for one when required
• Looking after recruitment and ensuring a full rota at all times
• Providing leadership to all staff in order to deliver the highest possible quality of care within a safe working and living environment
• Managing the effective use of resources and maintaining high levels of occupancy within the home
• Managing the budgets and conducting financial audits
• Managing all complaints and safeguarding processes along with the Home Manager
• Continuing to develop working relationships with local authorities, CQC and external

Essential requirements for the Peripatetic Manager include:

• Nursing qualification RGN or RMN (preferred)
• 5 years' experience as a Nursing Home Manager (required)
• Proven track record managing a care home with a "Good" CQC rating (required)
• Demonstrating consistency/longevity in previous management roles
• Full UK driving license
• The ability to travel and stay overnight when required
• The legal right to work in the UK
