Role: Home Manager ( Nurse qualified )

Salary: £65,000 - £75,000

Location: Near Bournemouth, Dorset

Hours: Full time

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Home Manager to join a luxury nursing home near Bournemouth. The company have a great reputation and plans for growth over the next few years making this a great time to join them!

As the Home Manager you will be managing all aspects of the home, identifying business opportunities and effectively managing budgets. You will monitor and manage the performance of all staff; ensuring company and compliance standards are maintained and exceeded. As part of your role you will be focusing on commissioning, engaging with the community, recruiting, retaining and supporting team members across all departments of the home. This is a very exciting opportunity for you to continue to grow this home and build on the current success.

What are we looking for:

To be considered for this role you must be an experienced Home Manger and currently / recently managed a home with a Good or Outstanding CQC! Experience working in a large sized home, 60+ beds. You must also be Nurse qualified and have a live, up to date NMC PIN: RGN, RMN or RNLD ( Nurse, Registered Adult Nurse, Mental Health Nurse or Learning Disability Nurse )
