£45,000 per annum

Elite Search Associates are currently looking for a Home Manager RGN or RMN to join a fantastic elderly nursing care home in Ballymena, Northern Ireland.

Package for the Home Manager RGN or RMN includes but is not limited to:

• £45,000 per annum (Negotiable depending on experience)

• Full time hours Monday to Friday

• Opportunities for training and development

Home Manager RGN or RMN requirements:

• RGN or RMN qualified

• Previous experience working in Elderly Care Management is essential

• Strong leader and confident in delivering excellent clinical leadership and line management

• Excellent knowledge of working within and to the CQC code of conduct guidelines.
