Band 6 RMN
We have an amazing opportunity for a dedicated Band 6 RMN to work in the Memory Service based in Kingsbury, North London. You will be considered for this position if you have previously worked within adult mental health.
The post holder will be able to triage, assess and develop a dedicated collaborative care plan that includes signposting to the appropriate support services and agencies for the clients and carers to enable them plan the future and responsible for reviewing this in accordance with the service spec.
The post holder will provide support and counselling to clients confirmed with diagnosis of dementia and their carer

Salary: £25 - £26 per hour
Start Date: ASAP

This is an initial 3 - 6 months contract, which is likely to be extended
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9AM - 5PM.

What you will need?

• Must have the right to work in the UK
• NMC registration/HCPC registration
• 2-3 years post qualifying experience working with children
• 5 years references
• Enhanced DBS check
• Car Driver
