Mental Health Nurse - Specialist Mental Health Rehabilitation - Outstanding CQC

Newly Qualified Registered Mental Health Nurse Required for permanent role within small and friendly 12 bed specialist Mental Health Rehabilitation. This service has a long standing outstanding CQC rating. Paying up to £17.43 per hour

Location: Leek, Staffordshire

Salary: £27000 - £34000 per annum ( £13.84 - £17.43 per hour )- negotiable depending on your experience

Hours: Full Time are available

Shifts: Options of Mixed shifts only (7.10 am - 7.30 pm) or Nights (7.30pm - 7.30 am) Mixed shifts on a rotational basis

Further Details : An exciting opportunity has arisen for a newly qualfiied RMN ( Mental Health Nurse ), to work within fantastic Specialist Womens Mental Health rehab and recovery service in Leek Staffordshire. The Unit has recently received an Outstanding CQC rating maintaining exceptionally high standards of care and support for patients and staff.

Service Details: The Hospital is an independent 12 bed Specialist rehabilitation and recovery service for females suffering from the following conditions

• Mental-ill Health
• Learning Disability
• Personality Disorder - not necessarily formally diagnosed
• Substance misuse

The environment at site is a unique aspect of the service with care provided in one of six apartments which offer single and two person accommodation.

Preceptorship nurses : In the case of newly qualified nurses ( Mental Health Nurse , Learning Disability Nurse and/or Registered Adult Nurse ), the hospital offers a fantastic preceptorship programme. They have a good number of experienced staff to support and mentor newly qualified nurses.

Training / Induction and opportunities for development and progression: The Hospital offers a structured and thorough 2 week induction programme, which will include various training courses. You will also have access to clear and structured development programmes where you can see clear pathways to progression within the hospital. Training and development is one of the major ethos' of the hospital. There are no limits to training and development as the hospital will fund any training course you would like to do that is relevant to your job role.
