* NMC PIN
* RGN, RMN or RNLD Qualified
* Ideally Nursing Home experience, but not essential

* Ensuring optimum client care is maintained by managing patient care plans and risk assessments
* Providing a highest standard of quality care of patients
* Promote and maintain high standards of clinical practice
* Management of Care Staff and Junior Staff members
* Maintain relationships with clients, staff and families
