Registered Nurse / Unit Manager

• Negotiable Salary: £17.00 - £19.00 negotiable depending on experience + Bank Holiday enhancements and Paid Breaks
• Hours: 42 hours a week (three 8am to 8pm shifts + one 6 hour shift)
• Flexible Shifts: Days shifts
• Contract type: Permanent

Nursing Home Details: I am looking for highly motivated nurses experienced Registered Nurse RGN to work within a beautiful family friendly care home located in Cardiff, Glamorgan. Our Home is a modern purpose-built facility, ideal for a wide range of residential and nursing care needs for the elderly. An experienced care team tailor care plans to individual needs for short or long term requirements including respite, convalescence and palliative care, as well as care for dementia residential.

Job Role: To be responsible for the well-being of residents within the Home, ensuring that their physical, emotional and social needs are met whilst helping them to achieve their full capabilities. To support the General / Home Manager in the operational management of the home.
