Leaders In Care seek a full-time compassionate and flexible RMN or RNLD with experience in Eating Disorders to work in Rotherham. The nursing and care role comes with a salary of up to £40k DOE. Day and night shifts are available.

You will be working as a mental health nurse for a specialist healthcare provider service, helping people with eating disorders. Inpatient and outpatient treatments are available, tailor-made to each individual.

If you were already in this RMN role, here are some things you would have done today:

• Delivered high-quality nursing care to young people and their families
• Upheld the service's structured programme while devising and implementing packages of care
• Handled short-term recovery-focused treatments and complex, challenging cases alike
• The service aims to improve patients' health, and dependency needs sufficiently for transfer to a regular eating disorder unit or to the community.

To apply for this nursing role, you will need to have registered mental health nurse training (RMN nurse, RNLD nurse or Paediatric qualified and NMC registered), along with:

• Six months' post-qualifying experience working with young people
• Inpatient CAMHS nursing Working with patients with eating disorders (desirable)
• Knowledge of inpatient treatment models and multi-disciplinary teamwork

You will have a commitment to delivering high-quality care. Decision making, organisational and empathetic skills are also essential. Your warmth towards your patients will support them to feel positive about their lives.
