What you will do as Lead IPC Nurse:

• Working with all departments you will ensure all employees have access to dedicated IPC training and work closely with them to improve patient safety and outcomes.

• Stay up to date with the latest research and technology, effectively communicating this across the business through the implementation of new policies and procedures.

• You must possess an active NMC registration and have a proven track record within Infection Prevention and Control (Qualification within IPC is desirable but not essential). Having a positive approach and a genuine desire to improve outcomes is crucial.
