Clinical Services Manager - Outpatients

Linq Healthcare have partnered with a leading private hospital based in Coventry, who are looking for a Clinical Services Manager to lead the day to day management of their outpatients department. The CQC Good rated hospital is located close to public transport links as well as being easily accessed by car, and has the benefit of offering some of most advanced and latest health tech to really support and enhance both patient safety and experience.

This is a Full time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern and a minimum of one clinical shift per week will be required.

Desired skills and experience:

• Evidence of relevant professional development, both clinically, managerially, preferably evidenced by certification RN with valid NMC Registration.
• Registered Nurse Level 1 / Diploma / BSc in Nursing Studies.
• Robust understanding of Clinical Governance requirements for the area.
• Up-to-date knowledge in area of practice.
• Awareness of NMC Code of Accountability.
• Recruitment and selection skills.
• Extensive experience working in an acute hospital setting in a Senior Registered Nurse post or equivalent.
• Previous experience within a Clinical Lead role.
