Theatre Lead / Deputy Theatre Manager - Private Cosmetic Hospital  

Full time - 37.5 hours  

Up to £39,000 per annum

Overview  

Compass Associates are proud to be working in partnership with a leading private cosmetic hospital in Manchester. The hospital covers a wide range of surgeries specialising in both cosmetic and weight loss treatments including breast augmentation, liposuction, rhinoplasty, facelifts and injectables.  We are currently assisting the hospital in their pursuit of an experienced Theatre Lead / Deputy Theatre Manager.  

The hospital has 2 theatres and a total of 22 patients' rooms and is a very busy service. They have partnered with local NHS trusts in the area also to take on elective surgeries throughout the pandemic including minor general surgery.  

Role / Requirements  

As registered Nurse / ODP, you have a track record of achievement in clinical leadership within a surgical environment You'll bring proven experience working in a senior role in a similar environment, as well as an in-depth knowledge of the health care regulatory agenda and mechanisms. You will be working closely alongside the Theatre Manager to ensure smooth running of their theatre lists.  

- Experience working in a surgical environment is essential  

- Experience in theatre leadership, with scrub experience in theatre  

- Experience in Private or NHS Healthcare - Team Leader / Lead role  

- Ability to Manage and influence a team  

Salary & Benefits  

There is a salary of up to £39,000 per annum on offer with excellent benefits such as free parking, 25 days annual leave, contributory pension scheme and ongoing training and development!
