Compass Associates are proud to be representing a valued client to recruit an Operations Manager for a small portfolio of Nursing & Residential homes across the Teesside area. With a focus on providing premium care for the elderly, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance, making sure occupancy and revenue targets are exceeded and also maintaining that all homes are providing a first class service of elderly care across the portfolio.  

The Candidate          

This role is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and driven individual who is able to lead and inspire a team. The successful applicant will need to have previous experience overseeing care homes and care home managers in a regional capacity. The candidate must also have knowledge of CQC regulations and guidelines, and experience within quality development within a Care home setting.           

Requirements    

Passion for elderly care  

Extensive leadership experience within a similar role  

Worked with a regional or operation capacity previously

Exposure to safeguarding's & CQC regulations                   

Ability to market and establish relationships within the local community          

Location       

This role is based across Teesside, and is commutable from Middlesbrough, Darlington , Sunderland, Redcar, Billingham, Hartlepool, Durham, Stockton, Northallerton and surrounding areas.

My client is seeking an Operations Manager preferably with exposure to operational management of elderly care homes, where the successful candidate can lead on running a successful portfolio of care homes in line with CQC requirements. In exchange, my client is offering a salary of £55k per annum
