I am seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursing Home Manager for a care home in Hereford. The care home is part of an exceptional family -run business who provide specialist care to elderly individuals who require dementia, end of life, physical disabilities and other neurological diseases. The home is one of the most prestigious care services in the area as it continues to build on its established reputation as a benchmark for care in the heart of the Midlands. A strong nursing and care support team is in place to ensure the absolute best care is provided on a day to day basis.

As the successful Nursing Home Manager you will be required to manage the nursing home and undertake 24hr operational responsibility of the services and provide leadership of teams of Nurses and Carers. My client is looking for an experienced, innovative and dynamic Manager with a proven track record in leadership and management; you will be a key budget holder and a senior member of the management team. You will be a highly motivated individual with a high level of personal drive and commitment to achieving the company's objectives.

Independent healthcare experience
Financial management skills
People management skills
Assertive
Strong time management & communication skills
Up-to-date knowledge of all relevant legislation and standards of practice
