A RGN or RMN qualified Night Nurse is required to work full-time in a small nursing home in Stratford-upon-Avon.

This CQC compliant home is privately owned and provides round the clock nursing care packages to elderly adults and specialises in caring for residents with dementia and physical disabilities.

• An excellent hourly rate of £16.00 per hour (NHS band 6 equivalent)

• 36 hours per week on a permanent contract

As Night Nurse, you will coordinate and implement person centred care plans, ensuring the needs of service users are met. You will administer and manage drugs and medications along with maintaining accurate records and leading a team of HCAs on duty.

Applicants for this Night Nurse post should be/have:

• Qualified Adult Nurse/RGN or Mental Health Nurse/RMN

• NMC Registered

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, proactive approach

• A caring and compassionate nature and a passion for providing high quality care

• Ability to work under pressure
