Compass Associates are working with a valued client who have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Nurse to work in their well performing elderly nursing home based in the Westminster area.  My client is seeking a passionate clinician to manage a medium sized mixed nursing,dementia and palliative care unit. The successful candidate will need to have previous experience of working in a nursing home environment,  working as part of a multi disciplinary team, nurse management experience as well as having strong clinical skills.

The Candidate

This role is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Nurse looking to take a step up in their clinical career and is  looking for a new challenge. The candidate is required to have previous experience in the nursing home setting, strong clinical knowledge and a passion for elderly and dementia care.

Requirements

Qualified Nurse (RGN)

Previous Nursing Home experience

Elderly/Dementia Nursing experience

Strong Clinical Skills

Genuine passion for elderly care

Leadership experience within a senior nurse capacity

Interview Process

There is a 1 stage interview process -

Stage 1 - Interview and coffee chat with the Home Manager

This role is based in the Westminster area and is easily commutable Kensal Green, Chalk Farm, Hammersmith, Kensington, Knightsbridge, Mayfair, Holloway, Brent Park, Wembley, Chiswick, Acton, Perivale, Whitechapel and Stratford.
