Are you a dedicated and compassionate mental health nurse looking for a new and exciting opportunity?
HCL Mental Health are looking for Registered Mental Health Nurses to work in Nottingham as a Paediatric Liaison. You will work as part of a team addressing quality-of-life issues and negative psychological impact of living with a long-term or chronic physical illness. You will be addressing family and psycho-social factors that affect the course and management of physical illness in children, including compliance issues with medication regime. Dealing with emergency psychiatric provision for assessment and management of young people who present with self-harm, and other psychiatric emergencies such as psychosis and work to Provide support for neuropsychiatric emergencies on the paediatric wards or PICU, such as agitated young people or those with delirium in the context of a range of medical and neurological conditions.
