Further Details on care home: Are you highly motivated Registered Nurse ( RGN ) ( RMN ) or ( RNLD ) to work within our service located Cardiff, Vale of Glamorgan as a Unit Manager on days? Amongst a peaceful residential area just outside Cardiff, the home is a great II listed building converted into a stylish care home offering residential, residential dementia, nursing and nursing dementia care.

As a Unit Manager you will be making sure the level of clinical care we offer goes beyond just professional standards and statutory, regulatory and legal requirements. It will mean providing specialist nursing support and advice, taking responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager's absence and supervising/coaching colleagues to provide a service that's unparalleled in its empathy for resident issues
